Feedback from our Improve your Front crawl workshop October 2021
For me the biggest take home is to remember how it feels when you are working on something, if doesn’t feel right just continue to work on it rather than trying to work on everything at the same time.
Hey,
Thank you so much for your full day course, it was the right amount of content and executed brilliantly.
For me the biggest take home is to remember how it feels when you are working on something, if doesn’t feel right just continue to work on it rather than trying to work on everything at the same time.
I really can’t believe the difference I felt from at the start to the end.
Hi Claire and team
I very much enjoyed the whole workshop – felt a bit nervous at 8 30 on Sunday morning but so glad I did it – thankyou to you and the other coaches for the hard work and the awesome expertise .
My Takeaway
Breathing and fitness / endurance not as important as I thought with this stroke – more about focus and body positioning .
3 cues
Pelvis position
“ Triton “
Painting the nails !
Commendations
The coaches were extremely knowledgeable and friendly . The real time video analysis was very impressive and helpful . It was also great having a coach in the water with us .
The venue was great and I appreciated the free car parking ( especially as it was so wet ! ) and use of the cafe and the snacks .
Advance info very good .
I have no suggestions for improvement.
Thankyou again
I would like to book a couple of sessions with you Claire to work on “ cuticles “ especially .
Thanks Clair
I was a bit daunted by the fact that there were people who we’re already excellent swimmers (channel swimmers !! And triathletes!) however it was great that the course was able to cater for all abilities.
The main thing for me will be to keep my head position – but I hope to practise all of the elements that we were shown.
So will be looking at the crib sheets and videos!
Thanks
Lisa
Hi Claire
Just wanted to say a big thank you to you and your Swim Mastery coaches for a fantastic day yesterday. It was daunting thinking about a nine hour coaching session but I thoroughly enjoyed it and learnt a lot.
I am also planning to go down to the pool tonight and thinking what do I do – same old same old or something completely different?
Looking forward to receiving your recommendations for further practice for myself and thinking how do I incorporate this into some of the coaching sessions I do?
Once again many thanks
John
